About Noah

Noah Kinner is an investment sales agent with Marcus & Millichap, based in the firm’s Palo Alto office, where he is a member of the Levin Johnston Team.

Noah enters brokerage with nearly two decades of real-world ownership, operating, and investment experience across residential, multifamily, and industrial assets throughout the Bay Area. Having lived, invested, and actively operated in the East Bay for over 20 years, he brings a deeply practical understanding of local submarkets, asset performance, and execution risk - insight typically earned only through firsthand ownership.

His background includes SBA-financed commercial acquisitions, value-add apartment and residential projects, industrial ownership, 1031 exchanges, tenant negotiations, and hands-on property management. This experience allows Noah to approach transactions from an owner’s perspective - understanding not just pricing and structure, but how decisions play out operationally after close.

Noah has extensive experience with capital improvements, renovation planning, feasibility analysis, and cost evaluation. He is able to walk properties with clients and quickly assess what is feasible, what it will cost, and where value can realistically be created - often without the immediate need for third-party consultants. This code-aware, execution-focused approach helps clients avoid surprises and make informed decisions with confidence.

Known for his ability to assess motivation, ask the right questions, and align buyer and seller objectives, Noah brings a calm, analytical, and transparent style to every transaction. Clients value his ability to simplify complex situations, evaluate risk clearly, and provide straightforward guidance rooted in real operating experience.

“Whether you are building a legacy, expanding an existing portfolio, or positioning assets for the next phase, I look forward to taking the time to understand your goals and helping you execute at the next level.”
