Joshua's distinguished career in commercial real estate commenced as an investment analyst, where he assumed a crucial role in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate assets surpassing $1.5 billion in transactions, encompassing a diverse array of commercial product types including multifamily, industrial, retail, office, and land.

Prior to joining Levin Johnston, Joshua pursued his academic endeavors at San Francisco State University, where he concentrated his studies in the field of finance. Prior he obtained an AA from Monterey Peninsula College. During his academic journey, he was an active member of the esteemed CREATE cohort (Commercial Real Estate Alliance for Tomorrow's Employees), showcasing his dedication to shaping the future of the industry.
