James Fukuda is a real estate investment professional working with Levin Johnston, the Bay Area’s leading apartment brokerage team, based in Los Altos.  Within his first year in real estate, James took part in underwriting over $600,000,000 dollars worth of multi-family and retail investment properties.  James takes pride in providing unmatched service to investors in the Bay Area by growing and expanding their wealth through analytical decision-making.

 

James represents the next in line to the Fukuda family’s multigenerational involvement in the Bay Area’s real estate market.  His real estate journey began when his mother introduced him to managing part of her personal property portfolio at the age of 12.  James graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from San Jose State University and uses his education to further himself in the real estate industry.  During his free time, he enjoys fishing, camping, golfing, and wine tasting.
