About Danny

Danny Quach is an Analyst with the Levin Johnston Team at Marcus & Millichap, specializing in underwriting and financial analysis across commercial real estate assets, with a primary focus on multifamily properties. In addition to multifamily, Danny has experience underwriting self-storage, retail, and industrial investments throughout the Bay Area and beyond.

Born and raised in San Jose, Danny brings extensive local market knowledge and a deep understanding of the South Bay region. Since joining the Levin Johnston Team in August 2023, he has underwritten more than $2 billion in commercial real estate transactions through the end of 2025.

Danny graduated from San José State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentrating in Finance, where he earned a 3.76 GPA.

Outside of work, Danny enjoys gaming, hiking, solo traveling, and cooking.
