About Cole
Cole Reinholm is a multi-family and net leased investment specialist with Levin Johnston of Marcus & Millichap in the company’s founding Palo Alto Office. As Director of Operations, Cole oversees all aspects of the transaction process including business prospecting, investment underwriting, marketing, escrow management, client relations, team development, and 1031 exchange advising.
Levin Johnston exclusively represents buyers and sellers of investment properties throughout the country with a concentration in the Bay Area. With over 30 years of combined experience in the real estate industry and more than 630 investment real estate transactions valued at nearly $5 billion to date, Levin Johnston has established itself as the leading Bay Area apartment brokerage team.
Prior to starting with Levin Johnston in 2013, Cole attended the University of California, Irvine, where he competed as a student-athlete with the Men’s Volleyball Team, winning two NCAA Division 1 National Championships in 2007 and 2009. During this time, Cole also represented the USA Junior National Team at the 2007 Junior World Volleyball Championships in Morocco, Africa. After graduating with a degree in Economics from UCI, Cole attended the UCLA Real Estate Certificate Program, where he furthered his education in real estate investment analysis. Cole spent two years playing professional Volleyball overseas in Austria before returning to the U.S. to pursue a career in commercial real estate.
