Charlie Hawkins is an investment sales associate specializing in multifamily properties throughout Contra Costa County and the greater Bay Area. With deep family roots in Orinda and a lifelong connection to the East Bay, Charlie offers his clients not just market knowledge—but a personal understanding of the communities he serves.

Known for his strong work ethic, team-first mindset, and proactive approach, Charlie brings a unique blend of athletic discipline and real estate development experience to every client relationship. Charlie’s hands-on background in development operations, tenant coordination, and project management—paired with a strong academic foundation in psychology and economics—enables him to understand both investor goals and market behavior.

A former team captain and Officer for the University of Oregon Men’s Lacrosse team, Charlie thrives in high-performance, competitive environments. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Economics and currently resides in San Francisco, California, while staying actively engaged with his hometown community in Orinda and the broader Bay Area.
