Personally, Adam hones this expertise as owner of Taycon Properties, through which he owns and operates a diverse Bay Area portfolio spanning more than 500 multifamily units as well as several retail and office assets.

He has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, National Real Estate Investor, Multifamily Executive, and many other notable news sources.
Adam graduated with a degree from UC Davis. He is an avid golfer and enjoys owning and managing a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate of over 800 units comprised of multi-family, retail, and office. Over the last twenty years, Adam grew his real estate footprint by continuously reinvesting the proceeds from property sales into 1031 exchanges.
